This stone effect water butt provides a stylish and space saving solution to high capacity water storage. The high manufacturing quality ensures a realistic stone finish and using the brass threads makes connecting the tap easy for you. This tank is ideal for people who would like to harvest large quanitites of rainwater, but lack space for larger solutions.

Delivery Requirements – Please read before ordering!

This item will be delivered on a pallet with one of our haulage companies.  The vehicles used to deliver palletised items are typically larger than standard courier vehicles.  If your delivery address would be unsuitable for a vehicle larger than a standard courier van, please kindly state this in the delivery instructions, and a member of our team will contact you to make appropriate arrangements.  If you will not be in to receive the delivery when it arrives, please ensure that you denote a safe place for the item to be left, as we will be unable to complete the delivery in your absence unless specific instructions are provided.

Free Delivery

  • Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days on all garden orders; however, for our large underground rainwater tanks, please allow 7-14 days.
  • Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for Highlands and Islands available on request.
  • We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles. We try to provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone and email if you don’t receive a tracking number.
  • Decorative water butt orders will be palletised curbside deliveries. The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note the following regarding Graf UK deliveries –

We’re still delivering to our customers safely via our own delivery vehicles & drivers in the main, using external hauliers when required.

This gives us much greater control & flexibility over our deliveries.

All orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, some deliveries may take a little longer and we would still aim to deliver within 10 days.

• Price includes delivery to mainland UK.
• Please check for deliveries into Cornwall, Mid & Northern Scotland & Isles as additional delivery charges may be applicable.

• Off-loading by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
• Tanks are generally strapped to a pallet for fork lift off-load, slings can also be used.
