July was a busy month for our wastewater treatment seminars, we doubled up and ran two sessions instead of our usual monthly event. It’s always brilliant to see installers from across the country making the journey to get properly clued up on our systems.
These full-day sessions are designed to give installers everything they need to know about our sewage treatment plants, from the nuts and bolts of how they work to the practicalities of keeping them running smoothly for years to come.
We typically get between 5-10 people at each seminar, which keeps things nice and intimate. Everyone gets plenty of chances to ask questions and really get to grips with the technical details. There’s nothing worse than being stuck at the back of a massive room trying to catch every word!
The morning kicks off with our theory session, where we sit down properly and talk through what GRAF UK is all about. We cover our sewage treatment plants in detail, how they work, what makes them tick, and why they’re such reliable solutions for domestic wastewater treatment.
But we know that sitting in a room talking about systems only gets you so far. That’s why we head straight to our showroom after the theory bit. Nothing beats seeing the actual demo units up close and getting your hands on the components. You can really understand how everything fits together and how the whole system operates.
After lunch, we take everyone out to a local site where we service and maintain one of our systems. This is where it gets really practical, installers can see a working system in its actual environment and watch exactly how to look after it once it’s been installed.
The feedback from these seminars is always positive. Installers leave feeling confident about installing and maintaining our systems. They’ve got the technical knowledge, they’ve seen the products in action, and they know exactly who to call if they need backup.
We run these seminars monthly because we know how important proper training is. Whether you’re new to wastewater treatment or just want to brush up on the latest systems, these sessions are designed to give you everything you need to do the job right.
If you’re an installer interested in joining one of our upcoming seminars, just get in touch. We’d love to have you along for what’s always an informative and practical day.
