Rory Hutchinson, Henry Pollock and Kev the Kitman represent three different kinds of contribution at Northampton Saints. This season, GRAF UK is bringing those relationships together under one new GRAF LIFE initiative.
There’s a moment in every match at Franklin’s Gardens that television cameras rarely find.
It’s not the try. It’s not the last-minute penalty. It’s the kit room, an hour before kick-off, where everything has already been laid out, checked, and made ready by someone whose name isn’t on a shirt.
That is where this season’s GRAF LIFE initiative starts.
Three roles. One team.
Every Role Matters brings together GRAF UK’s three Northampton Saints relationships for 2026: Rory Hutchinson, marking a testimonial year built on more than a decade of loyalty to one club; Henry Pollock, a young player whose fearlessness has made him one of the most talked-about talents in English rugby; and Kev, the kitman, whose work every player depends on every single week.
At first glance, they do not seem to belong in the same sentence. But we did not choose these three sponsorships because they were separate opportunities. We chose them because, together, they say something true.
What great teams need
Great teams are never built from one kind of person. They need people who have earned trust over years and never stopped showing up. They need people who are young enough, or brave enough, to try what has not been tried before. And they need people who do the unglamorous work reliably, quietly, without needing credit—because without that work, nothing else happens at all.
That’s not just rugby. That’s GRAF.
Our business works in much the same way. We have people who have been with GRAF for years, building up knowledge and experience that cannot simply be replaced. We have newer people coming into the business, bringing fresh ideas, asking different questions, and pushing us forward. And we have a huge amount of work happening behind the scenes every day that most customers will never see.
From the warehouse and logistics teams making sure products get where they need to be, to technical teams working through the detail of a project, customer service picking up the phone, and sales teams out building relationships, every role contributes to what we ultimately deliver.
That is why these three partnerships make sense to us. Rory, Henry and Kev might have very different roles at Northampton Saints, but each of them contributes to the team in a different way. And that is something we recognise very clearly at GRAF.
Because whether it is rugby or business, no one person makes it work.
Every role matters.
