Our customer in Bedford was tackling a big new build project that had been in the works for about a year. With summer as their target finish date, they needed a way to utilise the rainwater with water butts while keeping the aesthetics of their new garden.
After placing a large order on our website for two of our 350L Woody Wall Tanks in light wood and a large 1300L Top Tank, we had a chat with the customer to understand their needs better. Knowing they were dealing with a lot of builders and gardeners on-site, we decided to make things easier for them. To help out, we went down to Bedford ourselves to install the water butts. This way, the customer didn’t have to worry about the setup amidst all the construction chaos.
The installation in Bedford was a great success. The sleek design of the Woody Wall Tanks, which combine a large capacity while maintaining a small footprint with a stylish finish, integrate seamlessly into our customers new-build garden. Our customer found that managing their rainwater became much easier with the new setup. The large capacity of the water butts ensured they had a steady supply of water for their garden, which was crucial for maintaining its health. Additionally, by reusing rainwater, they were able to significantly reduce their reliance on mains water, making their gardening practices more sustainable and eco-friendly.
Our team also provided a brief tutorial on the maintenance and optimal use of the water butts, ensuring the customer could effortlessly integrate this system into their daily routine. This hands-on guidance empowered the customer to maintain peak efficiency and longevity of their water butts.
With this knowledge, our customers feel confident in utilising their new water butts effectively, contributing to a thriving, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly outdoor space.
