GRAF UK, a leading supplier of water management solutions, has announced the integration of its Garantia UK brand into the main GRAF UK brand. Effective immediately, all Garantia UK products will be available exclusively through the GRAF UK website, www.grafuk.co.uk, and other online retail partners. This change is aimed at simplifying customer experience and ensuring consistent communication.
Why the Change?
The Garantia UK brand was launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown to distinguish products focused on above-ground water management, such as water butts and compost bins, from GRAF UK’s core underground water management solutions. However, the dual-brand approach led to some confusion, particularly among trade customers accustomed to dealing with GRAF UK.
“We realised that having two separate brands caused unnecessary complexity,” said Matthew Rolph, Managing Director at GRAF UK. “Our trade customers were familiar with GRAF UK, yet some products were branded as Garantia. When customers called for assistance, they reached GRAF UK, which led to questions about whether they were dealing with the correct company. By consolidating under one brand, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all customers.”
What This Means for Customers
Trade Customers: There will be no operational changes. Communications, orders, and support will continue through GRAF UK as usual.
Retail Customers: All Garantia UK products will now be branded and sold through GRAF UK. The website garantiauk.co.uk will redirect to grafuk.co.uk. Customers can continue purchasing products through GRAF UK’s website and authorised online retailers.
