Eligibility
The free commissioning offer is only available for One2Clean, One2cleanXtra and OneAdvanced systems up to 28PE*and purchased directly from GRAF UK or from one of our authorised retailers.

Duration
The systems should be registered within 180 days from the delivery date. If the system is registered after the 180 day eligibility period, Graf UK will provide a quote for a system health check, and the system will not be eligible for any warranty coverage.
Registration
Customers must complete and submit the pre-commissioning form to validate the free commissioning offer.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In cases where the delay is due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, we may consider extending the commissioning window on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated at our discretion.
Commissioning
In the event that, during the commissioning visit, it is determined that certain works have not been satisfactorily completed then a comprehensive summary and report of the outstanding tasks will be provided. Upon the successful completion of the outstanding tasks, a subsequent visit will be scheduled to re-commission the system at a charge of £295.00 +VAT.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. CVP to check
Liability
GRAF UK shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from a lack of regular maintenance, plant misuse, damage incurred prior to system commissioning, or alterations made post-commissioning by persons not accredited by GRAF UK or without prior approval from GRAF UK. The system must also be installed following our installation guidelines.
Availability
Commissioning service is subject to availability and will be performed during regular GRAF UK business hours. Requests for service outside of these hours may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Access
Customers must provide full access to the installation site for GRAF UK personnel during the scheduled commissioning service.
Warranty
To activate the 1st year of warranty, your Wastewater Treatment System must be commissioned by a GRAF UK Accredited Service Provider.
For the warranty to extend to 3 years, annual servicing by a GRAF Accredited Service Provider is required.
Replacement Part Warranty
If a part is replaced under the existing warranty, the replacement part will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Amendments
GRAF UK reserve the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All changes will be communicated via our official website.
Cancellation
If the customer cancels the commissioning appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
Free commissioning is available for the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. British Isles may incur additional charges. Please contact us for more info.
