Can We Help?

Posted by Callum Vallance-Poole, on April 15, 2020.

Like a lot businesses at this time, we at GRAF UK want to help the national fight against the coronavirus. As a plastics manufacturer within the water management market, we have looked through our product range to see what we have that could help in any way. Following discussions with our colleagues in Germany and around the World, we have identified a Worldwide requirement for chemical storage containers needed for increased demand for sanitiser/disinfectants. This is where we can offer our assistance and play our part.

Lots of people in the UK may not know that our Parent Company in Germany, actually started out in business by servicing the regions wine makers requirement for plastic fermentation/chemical storage containers back in 1962. These products are still a large part of our domestic market in Germany and something that we haven’t yet promoted within the UK. Thankfully our production sites in Germany remain operational, so our supply chain remains in full flow. Therefore, if any business sectors such as care providers, local councils, Companies that have switched to sanitiser production, have a requirement for the any of the below products, please reach out to us as we can source these products and get them to you within 7-10 days.

As a responsible employer, with state of the art production facilities, none of our teams around the globe would be put at any increased risk to allow us to provide these products should the UK market have a requirement for these items. Our teams are all following strict government guidelines, set out to ensure the safety of our people and our customers. We continue to review instructions from the government and implement any necessary changes to our operations procedures to ensure safety.
